Went camping this weekend, as we are wont to do in July. Spent the weekend with people I care about and people I don't see nearly often enough. Had a fairly laid back year. The weather was a little cooler than I like, with bits of rain on Thursday and Friday. I seemed to have misplaced my SD card, so no pictures were taken.

I did cook up the trout I caught. Over a campfire on Saturday. It came out absolutely delicious!

The weekend was over much too quickly. I'm already counting the days until next year.

Now I must hurry and get ready for church. We are having our science quarterly discussion tonight. I'm still trying to convince the hubby to go, but he dislikes science and dislikes the church... at least that's what I'm starting to believe.

Two nights ago I was on top first time having sex 5 brief times on the bottom not even fitting his whole penis inside. I only got the head in and experienced a lot of bleeding. I decided to try again so last night I was on top but managed to fit his entire fully erect penis into my vagina. It hurt a lot, especially with stomach pains and I felt like I was going to pass out. Is this normal because I'm not used to it and this is the first time I've fit it all the way in?
One of the symptoms of PID is painful sex, and pain in the abdominal region but I don't really feel it any other time, even though sometimes it's just sore. PID is caused by some bacteria, typically gonorrhea and chlamydia (i have been tested for both twice and so has my monogamous boyfriend).
Another symptom is change in discharge. After becoming sexually active sometimes my discharge is yellow and smells like vinnegar. Does anyone else have this? Does a change in discharge necessarily mean something is wrong? I'm freaking out about this disease. I just went to the doctor told her everything and she made me get tested for gonnorhea and clahmydia again. I'm just so nervous.

I've been researching epilators and reading reviews.  I know how they are supposed to work: by pulling out hair from the root.  I'm prepared to pay the $100 or so a decent one would cost. 

I am not squeamish about hair-pulling: I currently wax my armpits and bikini line myself.  I tried a brazillian hard wax once myself but it didn't work out so well.  It just left a bunch of residue and really didn't pull any hair.  I don't think it helps that I seem to have fat labia that are hard to hold stiff.  :)

What do you VPs think about epilators?  Are they worth the money?  Can they replace waxing?  Any special ones that really work?

I've been dating my current bf for about eight months now. This weekend I was missing him (he was out of town for a week), I went to the mirror, put on my sexy bra and sent him a picture. I know the consequences of doing this stuff, but it was my first time doing it and it turned me on to do it. On Sunday I sent on without my bra.

I called the Case Study nurse this morning and things are rolling.

She's glad to hear I am interested in participating and will be talking to Hawt Doc to see when we can schedule baseline testing, PFTs, etc.

Once the initial testing has been complete and results fall within the case study's parameters, I will be getting my neck stabbed later that week.

For the moment, it looks like they're not booking until early September, so I have some time to contemplate this a little more.

Reading the previous question had me thinking about my current sex life with my husband and i was wondering what you all think about this and if anyone can relate.

To put it plain and simple my husband strongly dislikes giving oral.  When we first became intimate he did it a few times because he wanted to make me happy.  But I could tell he really was not enjoying it.  He said he always strongly disliked it and that I was the only person he ever even attempted to do it with more than once.  I had always been very into oral sex and never had a partner who had an issue with it so it was a shock and disappointment for me.  But I was falling in love with him and our relationship is wonderful in so many ways.  Plus our sex life was pretty amazing without it.  He was the only man that actually was able to get me to orgasm during intercourse. So I put it on the back burner. Every once in awhile I would ask about it and he would be so uncomfortable it wasn't even worth it.  Last time I seriously mentioned it was years ago.

Fast forward to today.  We have a very good sex life despite this one act being omitted.  He cares about pleasuring me he just can't bring himself to do it in that way. Its just that every once in awhile I think about it and miss it.  I don't think his opinion will ever change.  I doubt there is anything I can do to make him more comfortable with the idea.  And I won't enjoy it if I'm forcing him to do something he really hates.  Any thoughts, advice on this topic?

I start my period tomorrow. I have organic raspberry leaf tea to drink, because I read from several sources that it is supposed to help menstrual cramps tremendously, and I need all the help I can get.

But what I can't figure out is whether I should start drinking it tonight, in the morning, or just wait until I feel some cramps starting. Which would be most effective?

The tea says it reduces the pain of menstrual cramps and strengthens and tones the uterus (you can do that?).

 I have been trying to learn how to crochet for years now, my mom is amazing at it but sadly sh really can't teach me well enough because I'm a lefty and she's a righty.
I know how to start off but in making the third or fourth line I mess up and it comes out looking crappy and sloppy.

It's been a while since it happened, but I haven't quite used the crop tool in that way since (having grown cautious)... anyway: some time ago I was eliminated from a lims because (as pretty much every single negative comment said) my aspect ratio was off. I didn't see it, but the fact that so many commented on it (and the fact that I know that I'm very good at missing it if it's less than a certain degree) make me believe that it's true.

It being a lims, the image was chosen by the mod and the only thing I did to it that could have screwed up the aspect ratio was cropping. I had rotated the crop though (selecting the crop and rotating it before hitting enter)... I've had it happen that cropping like that screwed up the aspect ratio badly enough that even I could see it. So, my question is if anybody else has/had that problem and if there's a way to fix this? Aside from simply not rotating while cropping that is.

Anyway, I use PS CS3.
